These Terms of Service apply to your use of the MILESTONE CLUB website and to any order placed through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

  1. Our products

MILESTONE CLUB creates personalised, made-to-order finisher posters and related products.

Our products may allow you to add personal details such as your name, photo, finish time, route details, event details and other information. Because each personalised product is made specifically for the customer, it is important that all details are checked carefully before an order is approved or submitted.

Images, mockups and previews shown on our website are for illustration only. Colours, proportions, sizing and framing may vary slightly depending on your screen, selected product format, print size and production process.

  1. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product in accordance with these Terms.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean we have accepted it in all circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example:

  • payment is not authorised;

  • the product is unavailable;

  • there is an obvious pricing or product description error;

  • we are unable to fulfil the order;

  • the order contains offensive, unlawful or inappropriate content;

  • the order appears to be fraudulent or abusive.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where appropriate.

  1. Personalisation and customer content

You are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details you provide are accurate, complete and appropriate. This includes, without limitation, names, spelling, finish times, event information, race details, uploaded images and any other custom information.

Where a preview, proof or customisation tool is made available, you are responsible for checking it carefully before approving or submitting your order.

Once an order has been approved, submitted or sent to production, we may not be able to make changes. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at hello@milestoneclb.com and we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after production has started.

By uploading or submitting any photo, text, race detail or other content, you confirm that:

  • you have the right to use and upload that content;

  • the content does not infringe anyone else’s rights;

  • the content is not unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate;

  • we may use the content for the purpose of creating, producing, fulfilling and delivering your order, and dealing with any related customer service issue.

We may refuse to produce any order that contains content we reasonably consider to be unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, infringing or unsuitable for production.

  1. Prices and payment

All prices are shown on our website in the currency displayed at checkout.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be made at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website. Your order may not be processed until payment has been authorised.

Discount codes, promotional codes and offers are subject to availability and any terms stated with the promotion. We may amend, withdraw or refuse a discount code where we reasonably consider that it has been misused or applied incorrectly.

  1. Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only. We will do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, production delays, customs checks, incorrect delivery information or events beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by you.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@milestoneclb.com.

  1. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Because our personalised posters are made to order using customer-supplied details, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind once an order has been approved, submitted or sent to production.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@milestoneclb.com with:

  • your order number;

  • a short description of the issue; and

  • clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first. If a return is required, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the item.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

  1. Customer mistakes

Where an issue is caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, including incorrect spelling, finish time, event detail, photo choice or other personalisation detail, we may not be able to offer a refund, replacement or free reprint once the order has been approved, submitted or sent to production.

If you realise you have made a mistake, contact us immediately at hello@milestoneclb.com. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to help amend the order.

  1. Intellectual property

All website content, designs, branding, text, graphics, layouts, product templates, images and other materials on our website are owned by or licensed to MILESTONE CLUB, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any part of our website, product designs, templates or branding without our prior written permission.

Buying a product from us does not transfer any intellectual property rights in our designs, templates, brand or website content.

  1. Event names and third-party rights

MILESTONE CLUB is an independent brand.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected to any race organiser, event owner, sporting body, venue, brand or third-party rights holder.

Any references to locations, distances, race types or event-inspired details are used to describe the nature of the product and the customer’s own achievement.

  1. Website use

You agree not to misuse our website. You must not:

  • use the website for unlawful purposes;

  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;

  • upload malicious code, viruses or harmful material;

  • scrape, copy or reproduce website content without permission;

  • use the website in a way that may damage our brand, systems or other users.

We may suspend or restrict access to our website where we reasonably believe there has been misuse.

  1. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be error-free, complete or current.

We may correct errors, update product information, change pricing, amend availability or modify website content at any time.

  1. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory rights.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for:

  • losses that were not foreseeable;

  • business losses, including loss of profit, revenue or opportunity;

  • delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control;

  • issues caused by incorrect information supplied by you;

  • minor differences in colour, layout or appearance caused by screen settings, print tolerances or production processes.

  1. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include courier delays, supplier issues, strikes, technical failures, extreme weather, disruption to transport networks, acts of government, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Your use of our website and the personal information you provide to us are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

  1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the updated date.

The Terms that apply to your order will be the Terms in force at the time you place that order.
