Returns and Refunds Policy

As our posters are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind once an order has been approved and/or sent to production.

Each Milestone Club poster is created using the details, image and personalisation provided by the customer. Please check all names, times, race details, spellings, photos and preview/proof carefully before approving your order.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@milestoneclub.com with:

- your order number;
- a short description of the issue; and
- clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Customer mistakes and changes

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@milestoneclub.com. If your order has not yet been approved or sent to production, we will do our best to help amend it.

Once an order has been approved and/or sent to production, we may not be able to make changes or offer a refund where the issue is caused by incorrect details, spelling, timing, photo choice or other personalisation supplied by the customer.

Returns process

Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first. If we need the item returned, we will provide instructions on where and how to send it.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. In particular, you may still be entitled to a remedy if your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or if you receive the wrong item.
